Practice Areas & Experience: Mr. Racht practices mainly in the areas of real estate, contracts, commercial/business, construction, and all litigation related to those areas. He also practices in the area of criminal law, and can assist clients facing traffic violations, misdemeanors and felonies. He has experience litigating disputes with respect to real estate purchase agreements, zoning, insurance and employment disputes. In the area of domestic law, Mr. Racht often represents clients involved in child custody and divorce actions. He also can assist clients in meeting their estate planning goals. During law school Mr. Racht clerked in the LaPorte County Circuit Court for the Honorable Robert W. Gilmore. Mr. Racht also participated in Valparaiso University’s Tax Clinic where he spent his time helping members of the community resolve their disputes with the Internal Revenue Service.

Practice Areas & Experience: Mr. Riemland focuses his practice primarily in the areas of real estate and estate planning. In the area of real estate law, Mr. Riemland advises clients on residential and commercial transactions and title and title insurance issues, as well as many other matters associated with real estate. Mr. Riemland spends a majority of his time advising clients on how best to plan their estates. For his clients, Mr. Riemland can prepare estate planning documents ranging from a simple will to a detailed trust. With regard to estate planning, Mr. Riemland advises his clients how to structure their estate plans so as to minimize the amount of federal tax that may burden their estate
